Ordering
How long does it keep?
Between five and seven days from delivery, refrigerated, depending on the flavour. It is on every cup and on every spec sheet. There is no preservative doing that work, which is why the number is a week and not a month.
Where can I buy it?
In 35 shops across Los Angeles — coffee bars, markets, delis and lunch counters. The Find It page lists them by neighbourhood.
Do you ship?
No, and that is deliberate. Shipping means designing the recipe to survive a truck, which means more stabiliser and a longer date. Los Angeles only.
Is there a dairy-free one?
Not yet. Both flavours contain milk, eggs, wheat and soy, and everything is made in one kitchen.
How do the packs work?
Three cups for $25, five for $40, ten for $80. Mix the two flavours however you like at no extra cost. A single cup is $8 in shops.
Can I order a lot?
Yes — anything over a 10-pack goes through big orders. Twenty cups upward, delivered cold with spoons.
Stocking it
What is the minimum order?
30 cups, and the maximum is 500. Order in steps of five and split across the two flavours however you like.
How much notice do you need?
2 days. Deliveries run Tue · Thu · Sat across Los Angeles County.
Do I get better pricing if I order more?
No — wholesale is $4 a cup at every size, from 30 cups to 500. There is no volume break to chase, so a small shop pays what a large one pays. The full table is on the pricing page, and signed-in stockists see the rate applied live as they build an order.
What do I need to carry it?
Refrigerated display and an address inside Los Angeles County. That is genuinely it.
Do you take returns on unsold stock?
Talk to your rep. Most stockists settle into a weekly count within a month and the problem goes away on its own.
