This site is a design demonstration built by Setup Starter. No order placed here is real, no account here is real, and no payment is taken.
What real terms would cover
- Retail orders — pricing, cancellation, pickup windows, what happens to a tray nobody collects.
- Wholesale accounts — the order minimum, lead time, delivery windows, payment terms, late payment, returns on unsold stock, and what ends an account.
- Food safety and allergens — the cross-contact disclosure, storage requirements passed to stockists, and the limits of liability that follow from a refrigerated product with a week of shelf life.
- Intellectual property — the name, the marks, and photography.
- Governing law — California, and where disputes are heard.
