Stockist support
Everything that helps it sell once it is in your case. All of it free, none of it covered in our logo.
Case cards
A5, wipe-clean, one per flavour. Name, what is in it, allergens. Sized for a standard grab-and-go rail.
Shelf talkers
The little flags that clip to the shelf edge. We send a set with your first delivery and replace them whenever they get tired.
Spec & allergen sheets
Printable PDFs for both flavours, in the portal. Required reading for whoever answers the "can I eat this" question.
A named rep
One person, with a phone number, who knows your account. Not a shared inbox and not a ticket queue.
Tasting samples
Ten free cups when you launch, to put spoons in hands. It is the single thing that moves first-week numbers.
Merchandising help
We will come and set the case with you the first time, and tell you honestly if the spot you picked is wrong.
Three things we have watched move the number
Eye level, near the till
This is an impulse product. In a bottom-shelf cold case at the back it does about a third of the volume.
Both flavours, unevenly
Start heavier on banana — it outsells cookies about 58/42 across the city. Adjust after two weeks once you can see which way your own counter leans.
Let people taste it once
The first week decides the account. Spoons and samples beat any sign we could print.
Put it by the register and stop explaining it. It sells itself the second somebody tries it. — what we tell every new stockist
