Delivery & territory
We drive it ourselves. That is not a virtue signal — it is the only way a product with a week of shelf life and no preservatives arrives tasting the way it left.
What a delivery day looks like
Layered 4am–7am
Everything on the van was made that morning. Nothing is held over from the previous run.
Loaded cold, driven cold
Refrigerated van, 34–38°F. We do not use insulated boxes and hope.
Delivered 8am–1pm
You get a two-hour window the evening before. West side generally earlier, east side generally later.
Counted in with you
The driver waits while you count it. Short or damaged cups are credited on the spot, not disputed later.
Every neighbourhood on the route
35 stockists across Los Angeles County. If you are inside the county and not on this list, ask — a new stop usually just means adding it to an existing run.
Storage, once it is yours
34–40°F, always
It never needs freezing and should never be frozen. The custard splits on thaw.
Front of case, date forward
Rotate on arrival. The date is printed on every cup, not on a sticker that falls off.
Do not stack past three
The fourth cup crushes the cream cap on the one at the bottom. Dividers come in every mixed order to keep flavours apart.
Sell-by is a real date
Pull anything past it. We credit unsold stock on the next delivery — see the stockist FAQ.
